Running events is one of our favourite things to do and we get involved in all manner of events including shop rides, demo days, bike maintenance training and supporting other people's events.

Shop Rides
We organise regular MTB, EMTB, Gravel, and Road shop rides and these typically take place starting and finishing at the shop. We also organise a few shop ride away days where we all meet a little further away from the shop and go on a ride together. We've had some great fun with our customers in locations such as Swinley Forest and QE park. We're very inclusive, we cater to all levels and nobody ever gets left behind!

Book on to a shop ride!

Demo Days
We organise demo days with our main brands, where you get a chance to have a go on a number of different bikes. In the past we've organised demo days with Whyte, Kona and Scott. Details of our demo days can be found by following us on social media.

Support to Other Events
If you ever want us to support you at an event please get in touch and we'd be happy to support you. In the past we've supported charity bike rides and cycle club events taking great delight in this.

Bike Maintenance Training: £25 / hr

Keeping your bike in good working order is absolutely crucial to maximising your riding enjoyment and keeping safe! Whilst we love to work on your bike for you, we're also more than happy to spend time with those of you that like to tinker yourselves. Below are a list of topics we've covered in the past, but if you're seeking something different then contact us to talk through what you're seeking and if we can help you, we will! But please do bear in mind that we do need to operate responsibly and we're generally focussed on training everyday riders who want to tinker a little themselves. If you're seeking anything more advanced or looking to get qualified as a mechanic yourself then you may be better off going to an appropriate college.

Bike Cleaning: There is more to a clean bike that just appearance. A clean bike works better and lasts longer, saving you money and giving you a more enjoyable ride with fewer squeaks and creaks. You'll learn the cleaning process and understand specifics about cleaning the suspension, drivetrain and frame.

Emergency Repairs: Getting stuck and having to endure a long push back can be a frustrating experience. Yet with a few simple techniques many basic problems can be resolved there and then. You'll learn emergency repairs to get you moving again, including replacing a tube, fixing a chain and minor gear and brake adjustments.

Brakes: Your brakes provide all the stopping power on your bike and it's important to keep them in good check! During this bike maintenance session, we will show you the basics of brake care including checking pads for condition and wear, replacing pads, bleeding hydraulics, replacing and setting up your cable, checking your rotor for wear and adjusting brakes.
